Booking Discovery Calls:  We provide a link to schedule a discovery call to discuss your business needs. Booking or participating in this initial discovery call:

- Is purely exploratory to determine if our services are a mutual fit.

- Does not constitute an engagement of our CFO advisory services.

- Does not create a fiduciary duty or client relationship.

A formal professional relationship is only established once both parties execute a separate, written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) outlining specific deliverables and fees.


Screen Sharing & Confidentiality: During virtual discovery calls, you may choose to utilize screen sharing functions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not accidentally expose sensitive personal data, third-party proprietary data, or unpublicized financial data that you do not wish us to view.  We treat all visual data disclosed on a call with strict confidentiality, but we assume no liability for the accidental disclosure of information you choose to display.

We may update these Terms from time to time.  Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”.  Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
